where will I be?

Next semester I will be here and the semester after that too. Hopefully, I will be done with taking classes and have my own class. As a writer, I will be able to write a more fluent paper, in my upcoming classes. I have always had this dream to write children books. Who knows, maybe one day I will or have a poem published again.

secrets

The peeing at a different height does make a gross sound. Why can't men just pee sitting down, then it wouldn't be so loud to where you can hear it in the other room and they wouldn't have aiming problems. Less clean up:)

Killing Yourself to Live review

I enjoyed this book. Its not everyday you find an author that is straight forward and willing to tell you like it is. I found him to be refreshing and a change for once. I would like to pick up his next book to read.
One thing I had trouble with was reading and stopping every week. I would have rather read the book through the semester by a deadline. It was hard to read and get back into it after a week of not reading it.
Strength was that it was a new type of book for me, I would not have chosen this book if I was in the store. I'm glad I had to read it, I have recommended it for my sister-in-law to read. I enjoyed the brutal honesty of things and being able to have a glimpse of someone day to day life.

My favorite monster is Frankenstein. I remember watching the movie Monster Squad when I was younger. I loved the part when the little boy says, "I kicked Frankenstein in the nards, Frankenstein doesn't have any nards."

The Water Flows

My life is confusing,but amusing.
A laugh, a cry, a smile, and a goodbye!
Everything comes and everything goes.
The day passes as the wind blows.

My life is amusing, but confusing.
A laugh, a cry, a smile, and a goodbye!
Everything goes, it's just the way the water flows.

My body is a mystery, but different.
A smile, and a fear.
Everything comes and everything goes,
thats just the way the wind blows.

The days pass, and the wind blows and more fears flow.
A final cry, and a final goodbye!
Love never wins,
In a world of sins.

The day passes, a flower grows, one more petal to that beautiful rose.
A final raindrop and a final whilt to die.
No one likes to say goodbye!
No one knows just exactly why,
But its something that makes me cry.

What inspired me was life and my husband. Sometime you just feel as if nothing you do is right.
Challenges I faced was I think coming up with what to write. After that it was easy.
I overcome this by thinking of things I need to get off my chest. I love to write poetry. I use to write it all the time.

LISTEN

Here I am
Lying here broken
On the cold wet ground

I speak
No one can hear me
I am here
Listen to me

Does my voice matter?
Im down on the ground

Im not weak
I need to be HEARD!

Pierre Joris, from VERSE

from the new issue of Verse (Volume 26, Numbers 1-3)

29. Regrets for things lost (iftiqad)

but regret will not bring it back.
Nothing left to do but turn your

back on it. Tell yourself when you
know where something is

then it is not lost, even though
that something lie at the

bottom of the ocean. Nothing
ever is lost, & that may be

the only thing that is
real cause for regret.
